Photography and Videography are HUGE passions of mine. Creating and capturing a photo is Art, and I am very grateful for the opportunities I have had to showcase some incredibly beautiful properties in the past few years.
I have been involved in Real Estate since 2012. After becoming a licensed Illinois Realtor in May of 2019, naturally my interest shifted to more towards Interior & Exterior Real Estate Photography work. I began to notice that my listing photos were getting a lot of attention on social media, and soon after that I had agents from around the office asking If would be willing to do their photos for their listings too.
And this is how it all started...
Videography on the other hand, is something that has taken my passion for creativity and has completely changed the way I look at things now. I love being able to use this as one of the Real Estate services that I offer because this really gives the consumer(BUYER) the best chance at getting them excited enough to go see it!!

I feel what really separates me from other Photographers in my area is my experience in the Real Estate industry. Knowing what people like and what they look for in Photos. I understand there are still agents today who are using their cell phones to take listing photos. Nothing special, just a click and done.
I have spent countless hours/months fine tuning and honing in on my post processing and editing skills. A lot of people don't know this, but this is where the magic happens! Without properly exposing, color balancing, and color correcting, the photo will look flat and unappealing.
Getting people to stop and notice a beautiful home when zipping through pictures online is what you want to happen when you are trying to sell your home. Pictures are the #1 thing (besides price) that will attract a potential buyer to stop and look.
